경희대학교 국제캠퍼스의 안전한 캠퍼스 환경을 조성하기 위해, 스마트폰 기반의 긴급출동서비스를 실시하고 있으니 많은 이용 바랍니다.

(In order to create a safe campus environment for Kyunghee Universitys International Campus, we are running a smartphone-based emergency dispatch service, so please use it.)

1. 서비스명 : 경희대학교 국제캠퍼스 케어콜 서비스 (Service Name: Kyunghee University International Campus Care Call Service)

2. 목적 (Purpose)
- 캠퍼스 내에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 사고에 대비
(Prepare for various accidents that may occur on campus)
- 학생들이 안심하고 다닐 수 있는 캠퍼스 환경 조성
(Creating a campus environment where students can go to school with confidence)

3. 대상 및 범위 (Target and scope)
- 대상 : 학교 구성원은 누구나 가능 (Target: Anyone can use the school)
- 범위 : 캠퍼스 내에서만 가능. 기숙사 포함 (Scope: Only available on campus. including dormitory)
* 케어콜 서비스는 GPS 기반의 서비스로 실내에서는 위치가 확인되지 않아 네트워크 기지국 기반으로 위치정보가 확인됩니다.
(Care call service is a GPS-based service, and location information is not verified indoors, so location information is verified based on network base stations.)

4. 실행방법 (How to run)
- 야간 또는 도움이 필요한 상황에서 미리 APP을 실행한 후 [호출대기]를 누른뒤, 긴급 상황에서 스마트폰을 흔들거나 [비상호출]을 누르시면 됩니다.
(After running the APP in advance at night or in a situation in need of assistance, tap [Waiting], then shake your smartphone or tap [Call] in an emergency situation.)
- 응급신호 접수 시 KT텔레캅 통합방범상황실과 보안요원에게 이용자의 GPS 신호를 실시간으로 전송해 긴급 조치가 가능하도록 합니다.
(When an emergency signal is received, the users GPS signal is transmitted in real time to the KT Telecop integrated security control room and security personnel to enable emergency measures.)

5. 요청상황 (Request situation)
- 케어콜 서비스는 긴급 상황에 신속히 대처하기 위해 개발된 APP입니다.
(Care Call Service is an APP developed to quickly respond to emergency situations.)
